Our dogs agree too as they are so large we happily share with our 4 legged buddies. The green Chile cheese fries are awesome too. The cheese needs to be a little more melted (hence 4 stars) for optimum pull factor but the taste is on point. We will faith fully follow them from brewery to brewery with our 3 white pups in tow. Yeah, I wouldn't go so far as to call them nasty, but they weren't anything special. There were four choices of sandwiches: ham, turkey and avo, tuna, and veggie. Had tuna the first day and veggie the second day. Okay, I get it. The bread is supposed to be thick, even thicker than the filling. Not my thing, but I get that that's the style for some sandwiches. The sandwich meats were pretty underwhelming, just standard cold cuts and canned tuna. Fruit salad was canned. At least there was a nice pickle and some chips to go with stuff. I'd recommend going to Bocadillo's instead for lunch sandwiches even if it's pricier and further away. On the plus side, they seem to have a lot of traditional New Mexican options for lunch, and my friend who opted to buy a hot dog from them instead of partake in the sandwiches enjoyed his hot dog.

No doubt the guac, green chile, and toasted bread helped pull it all together. Got a hearty helping of the potato salad and I believe she said it was home made. The complimentary water had sliced strawberries for a very nice flavor you don't normally get. The one down side is the owner/operator was doing everything. It was a Friday and there were only a handful of people there but you can expect speed when one person is the taking orders, cooking, and bringing the food to the table. I can only speak to the café, since I haven't been to their food truck. I'll have to check that out too for the full La Riva's experience.
