My vehicle overheated Friday and I was towed to this shop(not by choice). I believe Robert has a Tow service guy that will bring cars to him. They tell me Robert is the best and will take care of me. I had an 04 Odyssey Touring with 130k original miles. This car was perfect but was told by Robert that it probably just needs a new radiator cap. But he could not work on my car as they were closing soon. Robert called me shortly after I left and told me it was my timing belt and would cost $1,700. I said ok. He calls me the next day and tells me I need to do another job that will cost an additional $400 totaling $2,100. I agreed. Robert texts me maybe 2 hours later telling me that my motor is bad and I need a new motor for $5,800 and that motor would come in whenever it gets shipped in? I eventually told Robert no. No more. This vehicle was perfect and had very low miles. I don't believe it needed a new motor. I told Robert to stop working on the car and I would get a second opinion. He then reminded me that I still owe him the $2,100 that we agreed to and the car is taken apart. So if I do get a second opinion, it would have to be towed out of his shop. I was stuck. I then lied to Robert and told him I have a tow truck and I would pick up the car, part out the vehicle and get him his $2,100. Not even 20 minutes later, Robert calls back and tells me he actually has a mechanic who has been looking for a van. The mechanic liked the van and had a young family. Robert told me I could just send him my title, and we can both walk away from this $2,100 tab... I went to the shop Monday morning and I asked the mechanic if he was buying my car. He gave me a confused look and responded, "Me? No! RobertO buy!" RobertO then started giving me a random story about how he's helping a family in need and how he's taking the van and just started talking to me like I was an idiot. Nothing was making sense at this point. The mechanic figured out on the spot what was happening and just walked away. Almost as if he saw Robert taking another victims car. Please do your research on this shop before taking your vehicle in. RobertO could be getting another free vehicle on your dime. read more

I have been coming here for years when it was managed by Marco and I was always completely satisfied and now that it's under new management the service is awful and the prices for repairs is outrageous. I came here a few months ago to get my front breaks repairs Robert the manager stated that my back brakes were bad also and needed to replaced and it cost me $578. As few weeks I was leaving my home and as I was backing out I heard this scraping and grinding noise coming from the rear. I tried to contact the owner, Robert of Tire Zone to let him know about this problem and he was too busy to deal with me. Of course I was heated. I took my car to the Honda dealership I was told by the technician that the rear brakes pads had to be replaced and the rotors had to be resurfaced. It was also stated that the caliper was assembled improperly with the loop in the brake line. It's cost me $347 for them to fix the problem that should have been handled properly by Tire Zone. I will not be taking my Honda back to these people ever again. The dealership here I come. I miss Marco he was great owner and really good mechanic. read more

I have a 1999 Honda Prude. The water pump need to be replaced. Robert the manager called and inspect the car. Need a lot of things to be replaced which I believe he is right timing belt and some more. I also need to do the head and piston rings in which I agree that he is right. This is for you guys to correct me if I'm wrong. Assembling the engine as we say overhaul. He still charge me $1300 to install the timing belt. Robert's reasoning was 1. It was on the front part. Next day I called his reason was he installed it first which is not true coz at first I told him to hold , cause I'm looking for a new engine but eventually give him the go signal to work on the engine. Third reason is because of the warranty and work hours. I paid him in full $3900 every time I talk to Robert he is not consistent he thinks that car owners are stupid to believe him. The head mechanic is good but the way he made the billing issss. Be careful. I know the wife and the other owners. They are also my customer on my business. I can say that the family is really a very very good human being. I don't know about Robert he don't cherish his customer. If you can see all the neighboring shop they are busy , but his bays are vacant. Good luck. I love this family but it is what it is . read more

I use to go here all the time for my auto service. This was a few years ago. So I recommended a friend to go since she lives in the area. I didn't know it is under new ownership. She needed a oil change, the new owner also said she needed brake fluid. For the brake fluid he charged her 40.13 for the fluid and 60.00 for the labor. Just to top off her brake fluid. The person that runs this place now obviously takes advantage of women and tries to suck them for every dime. He also said she needed a new battery and quoted her 305 for the battery and 350.00 to install the battery so a whole 650 for a battery. Good thing she already has one on order from Toyota that she's waiting for, Toyota is charging her 185 total. He also wanted to charge her 1200 to change her spark plugs and coil. Spark plugs and coil from Toyota cost 17.00 each and the coil is 70.00 so for the parts it would be 138.00 from Toyota, and this guy is quoting 1200. I will never recommend this place to anyone again and I feel bad that I recommended a place that is so shady. read more

I rented a car from Enterprise and noticed a rubber lining under the hood was coming off scraping the road, Enterprise sent me to The Tire Zone which is already a winner in my book to have such a Big account like Enterprise servicing their vehicles. So I called an hour in advance to make an appointment on my lunch, the gentleman was very nice and took my name down. I thought for sure when I got down there I would have to wait but as soon as I drove up the owner and techs new who I was and why I was there. I was in and out of this place in less than 10 minutes. This is by far the fastest vehicle service I have ever had. I highly recommend making an appointment and letting The Tire Zone help you with all of your car needs. brought my car because it was over heating.. turned out I had a few leaks and needed to replace a few hoses and the water pump along with my back breaks... dont get me wrong the work was done and I have not had any problems, BUT I feel like I was overcharged.. I ended up paying 1600.00 for it.. I also got an estimate on my other car.. it was the double knock senor replacement and it was 1200.00 I called another office and they were going to do the same for 550.00.. major difference.. Office clean and managers were nice but I believe this place is definitely over charging their customers.. and for this reason I will not recommend this place and will not return. read more

I took my car to repair the windows and they charged 140 just to tell me that it's a harness and they can't get the part for 30 days so I took it somewhere else wich looked at it free and charged 120 to fix all my windows ..that's my car now let's talk about my wife's .they told me her car needed to replace the oil pan and gasket and her car has two oil pans and they would have to take off the bottom one to get to the top and it's a lot of work so they said 800 dollars ..first off my wife's car only has one oil pan lol and another shop quoted me way less to replace everything..this place is a rip off ..I use to go there because I thought the guy was nice but they get u good here ..stay away any good reviews on here haven't done they're homework or don't know anything about cars..Marco yes it is this place lol I'm 100 percent sure but nice cover up read more

Also they didn't even asked her for her phone number or name and they had her number wrong and name wrong. They told her, her car was going to be done in a few days and took them like 2 weeks. I could I would give this place a negative rating. I brought my car in here when my tire light came on, (please see my review for Pep Boys). The lady said they could check it and see if there was something in the tire and that in the event there was in fact something in the tire, they would charge $25 to fix it. I sat down and waited until the lady came back in about 30 minutes later and told me that my tire sensors may be bad. I said "oh ok, so now what?" She said we can run a diagnostic to see. I said how much is that? she quoted me $120 just to check. I laughed and said "no thank you I will take it down to my regular guy." Oh did I mention I had my keys on me the entire time and they never touched my car?? I put air in the tire and thankfully it was a slow leak. The next day I took it to my tire guy and asked him to check it. They found a nail in the tire, fixed it for $15. AND my tire guys showed me how high the PSI should be. On my car it should have been 51psi, he told me that if it makes the ride uncomfortable you can remove some air but not too much or the tire light will come on. These guys didn't touch my car and wanted me to pay $120 to them. Be careful with these guys. I found it ironic, they have a message about how cheap work isn't honest and honest work doesn't come cheap. Hmmm weird. read more
