Meanwhile, there weren't many customers inside, and the guys responsible for oil changes and tire work were just wandering around with tablets, barely doing anything. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. When we finally asked for our keys back -- because we had a long trip ahead and couldn't wait any longer -- they handed them over without a single apology, even after we explained our situation.
