I made an appointment and Ashley, I apologize if I remember her name wrong, welcomed me. I'm handicapped and too short to get into my sister-in-law's truck as I forgot my portable step. Ashley brought out a tire rim they used for a step stool and it worked perfectly! She even let us take it with us so we could do errands while they did maintenance on the van. She called and gave me an update on the work and also called to let me know they were done. This shop is the best! They've helped my sister-in-law with two issues on her truck at the last minute and still got her in and diagnosed the problem.

When presented with the bill, they told me they had to add an additional half quart to my Mercury auto which usually takes 5 quarts. Their charge was an additional $4.48 for the half quart. Total bill for oil change for my car was $60.42. I am 75 and have had multiple oil changes in my lifetime, but have never paid over $50+tax. Cannot recommend and will never use their service again.

I came in for an oil change, expecting just the basics--but what I got was next-level service and care. Dakota V-Twin put it back together for us, fixed the noise it was originally torn down to find, and charged us one third of the dealer's quote even though their tech worked on it until 9:30 on Sunday night to finish it so my wife could ride the Black Hills!
