Previous day I could not stand it any longer so I, stopped by a Goodyear store. They rotated my tires within 30 minutes. What I was told by the tech did not make sense leaving out the rotation of the drivers side rear. So Thursday (Scott) "who told me to return Thursday got me into the shop, callled me outside to my truck, and stated that the rotation that was done would be something similar to what he would do putting the front tires on drive side (passenger side) and do exactly what was done. SCOTT seems to be a very dry no nonsense person, but after a few minutes of conversation about tire rotation and his experience, I was glad I confirmed that tire rotation was done even though he didn't do it. there was no charge for looking at my Dully. I would highly recommend Sturgis Tire Pro. GO SEE SCOTT.

Dropped my car off because I was leaving for a few months for training in the national guard and…read moreneed the exhaust welded. While I was at training a groundhog chewed through my wiring harness. A dog got out and tried to get the ground hog and chewed up the bumper and damaged paint on other panels. I was never contacted about the damage and the exhaust was never fixed until I was back and they gave me the car back with damages never being fixed. Sent the car back to get the grill fixed and so the bumper would stay on properly and headlights would mount. Called frequently and got ignored or told "we don't have time". After months of poor service and quality I got tired of playing games. Car still has damaged paint to hood, bumper and fairings. Lack of integrity and responsibility.

I made an appointment and Ashley, I apologize if I remember her name wrong, welcomed me. I'm handicapped and too short to get into my sister-in-law's truck as I forgot my portable step. Ashley brought out a tire rim they used for a step stool and it worked perfectly! She even let us take it with us so we could do errands while they did maintenance on the van. She called and gave me an update on the work and also called to let me know they were done. This shop is the best! I came in for an oil change, expecting just the basics--but what I got was next-level service and care. Not only was the price more affordable than Walmart (which honestly shocked me after years of thinking Walmart was the cheapest), but the entire experience was smoother, friendlier, and far more thorough. The team even gave me a ride back to work and picked me up when my Jeep was done. Outstanding! Highly recommended
