Eric was dispatched to my campground and changed it out. I had three tires changed out because they only had three instead of four left. During my conversation with Eric, he educated me on the cause of my blowout which was the longer valve stems i purchased before my trip from LA to Sturgis. Eric also educated me on various issues that will cause wear and tear on RVs. RVs are a different animal and the utmost care must be maintained to make your rig tires last. Eric has a great deal of experience and product knowledge. He is a valuable asset to your company and in my opinion, he should be promoted since he has your best business interest. Kudos to Eric!
