I never leave reviews, but since the new owners have decided that I already have, here we go. I have never been treated so poorly anywhere in my life. I was a lifetime customer, but no more and I wouldn't recommend them to my nemesis. We buy tires and have tire repairs throughout every year and at the end of 2024 we had them put tires on everything that we owned that didn't already have new tires. The customer service is the worst that we have ever experienced and apparently the new owners didn't buy this business with any tire experience. Kelly is the only good thing that they have going. When they did our new tires, their untrained and inexperienced staff left deep gouges in every single wheel they touched. They did agree to and delivered two new rims but this was a small fraction of the damage they caused. They charge for things like new valve stems which should be replaced when tires are replaced but they left our old valve stems in. Yesterday, we called to get a steer tire fixed at our location. We were told that Kelly would have time later and would call us. Instead Cathy, one of the new owners called and told me very hastily that both service trucks were booked solid for at least the next two weeks. Funny, since the one Kelly doesn't operate is nearly always sitting in front of the building. We can see from our location. Tell me you don't want my business, don't lie! It's completely fine with us as we were attempting to do business locally. Since they don't need us we don't need them and it doesn't matter because there are plenty of other shops that want our business. The kicker though is that we purchased the tire that needs fixed from West last year. I guess then that they are refusing to perform warranty work on the tires they sell and install too. Good to know!
Apparently, they seem to think that they are big business when you can drive by just about anytime of the day and the crew is standing around and no vehicles in site to work on. read more
