After deciding to go ahead with the job, Chris set up an appointment for 14 May 2024 as he had a date change on another job. He even offered to drive me home, after I drop the car off, since I didn't have another car. I made the appointment for 1 the next day and was able to get a family friend to pick me up and take me back. The car was finished early, and workmanship is outstanding. It is exactly what I was looking for. On top of that, Chris was friendly, outgoing and a pleasure to deal with, something we don't seem to find in business anymore. I highly recommend Black Hills Tint for any tinting work you may have.

They will not let u look at the car before paying the nearly $1k. Or get her personal items out of it if we can't get it out and pay them the money first. Then they will send my 90 year old, deaf mother with dementia to collections thru no fault of her own for "forgetting" to renew her tags this January!!!!! HELLO, that's part of demetia!!! But 3j is completely rude and not accommodating regarding this situation. Decided to block me instead of having an adult conversation. Childish, rude, and disrespectful. I'd give them zero stars if that was an option. We are trying our best to get my mom's car out, and have a friend that will pay the fees if he can look at her car, and they won't allow it. "It's policy," sometimes there needs to be exceptions if someone is willing to get the car, just wants to look at it. Simple. He's not going to grand theft auto it. Such a shame that they have to be so rude.
