My 2019 Ram 1500 got dented by hail and took it to a few shops in Rapid for estimates. When I…read morefirst walked in to Dents Plus I could tell that the shop was professional and did quality work - but I couldn't have imagined how great the experience would be. First, the cost: The insurance company estimate was crazy low, and I expected to somehow get hit with a bill for overages alongside my super high deductible. Jody and the team revised the estimate to make sure every single thing was it in line and processed it though Geico with absolutely no push back. They even saved me money. Timing: a majority of my work was PDR and glass so while they had a ton of work going on from the several hail storms this summer, they fit me in within the next week. AND they met me to pick up the car, AND they stayed at the shop until 10 pm on a Saturday to wait for me when I came back late from the airport. I've used around 5 bodyshops in the past (welcome to hail season in South Dakota). I know that these guys will be the only shop I use from now on! Er had called a dealer in Rapid city before someone told us about D&F. This place is a real auto mechanic shop! We had no idea what was wrong as our truck wouldn't drive past 50 miles an hour. And the owner had this truck fixed in no time. The dealerships before someone told us about DF told us that repair will take weeks. And this shop fixed it in less than 4 hours and it was perfect. I can't thank the locals for this recommendation. A very honest shop that didn't gauge us with $$$$. Rapid city dealership didn't care. But D&F truck and auto repair in Wall , South Dakota did such a wonderful job. Fixing our truck and off we went and enjoyed our vacation immensely. Thank you D&F. You did such a wonderful job and we appreciate your patience and troubleshooting the problem you found in no time. Value estimate was honest and far less than a dealer repair. This shop is honest!
