If you look at my original photo of the sandwich, envision the sandwich with a reduction of the meat of about 40%, hardly any peppers abd onions and the cheese sauce is now like watery cheese soup and there is 50% less than it used to be. With the food and hotel are really bad now and the minimum bets on the penny machines jacked up to 80 cents from 40 cents, this is the last time I will ever go to Batavia Downs for the food, gaming or hotel.

This evening when I asked for it, the server (blonde lady who was training a new hire), told me no and shook her head. When I let her know kindly that I have done this many times and noted that they just upcharge which I'm cool with, she shook her head no and said "they've never let me do that when I try." There was no "I'll check" or even a we may have to ring it up separate, etc. she literally was telling me no and willing to do nothing about it. So I ordered a smaller, one main dish and moved on because she wouldn't let me order more food however they wanted to bill/upcharge it. We were a party of 7.
