When we brought the discrepancy to management's attention and asked them to reconcile the difference, we were told the lower price was "incorrect" and that the higher price was the correct price. No adjustment or refund was offered. In the end, we paid about $80 more for the same item purchased just a day later. Customers deserve transparent and consistent pricing, especially over a 24-hour period. Instead of addressing the issue, management doubled down. Based on this experience, I'd recommend getting quotes in writing and checking every invoice if you can't avoid them. The inconsistent treatment left me questioning whether all customers are being treated fairly.

We spent many hours discussing the list of what I wanted and Ken came up with the perfect layout . He NEVER became impatient with me when I called with the many questions I had in between. His recommendation of a contractor and referrals for the countertops was the icing on the cake. All displayed the same "attention to detail" as Ken did. Ken continued to stay in touch with us through the many months, as the job took a while to complete. We added a bathroom remodel and shelving during the process and again, Ken did not disappoint with his recommendations. He only recommends quality cabinetry. Ken has now closed his "storefront" on Grant Avenue but is available for business without an interruption to the process he so carefully has laid out.
