Mo was super friendly & knowledgeable, and was easy to work with. They did a perfect job fabricating the countertops from the 2 beautiful slabs we purchased, and the installers were highly skilled & efficient. The first day I met Ken, I knew he was the right person for the job I was going to undertake. He…read morewas extremely professional, organized and had a personality that was so refreshing to find. We spent many hours discussing the list of what I wanted and Ken came up with the perfect layout . He NEVER became impatient with me when I called with the many questions I had in between. His recommendation of a contractor and referrals for the countertops was the icing on the cake. All displayed the same "attention to detail" as Ken did. Ken continued to stay in touch with us through the many months, as the job took a while to complete. We added a bathroom remodel and shelving during the process and again, Ken did not disappoint with his recommendations. He only recommends quality cabinetry. Ken has now closed his "storefront" on Grant Avenue but is available for business without an interruption to the process he so carefully has laid out. His office assistant Mary (his wife) was such a delight to work with as well. Both were very responsive when the need arose. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have on the quality of work Ken and his team provided. I hope you will consider Ken when thinking of your remodel.

She gave me exactly 5 minutes of her time and had a rude demeanor. I'm truly surprised others has a good experience with her. Follow up note for Jon- I scheduled the appointment almost a week ahead, I asked for a time slot and she replied she was open from 10-3pm and didn't give me a time. Then I told her I was aiming for 1pm and I never got a response back. Even if I did arrive early, I wouldn't have been so upset had she been kind and asked me to wait. Plus there was no other customer in the store. She wasn't kind, she was rude. Her lunch arrived as I was leaving. She was clearly unprepared. I don't doubt her ability but her demeanor is not the best presentation for your business.
