Paul is a gentleman, a real guy who knows how to treat people…read more He has always worked with me, my budget and my schedule, if I need cheap options he is happy to oblige, no up sell gimmicks, he knows what I need and does not push more expensive options. Paul is also a great resource for interior decorating, each time he has given input that has led to a great fit between the flooring and existing decor. His crew is hard working, neat and they do a top shelf installation. I have used them 4 times in 3 years and I have never been Let down, neither will you! Highly recommended!

Paul R. and Bob provided great advice in the store and on the project before we got started and their team did a beautiful job at a reasonable price. Paul O. and Donnie did the work and are highly skilled, meticulous, respectful and very professional, and just really nice and caring guys. They are also extremely knowledgeable about flooring and provided lots of help in decisions about a wide variety of issues we encountered and the tile installed. Could not ask for a better experience or outcome. I've already asked them to replace other floors in foyers and bathrooms in the house. If you need new flooring, you should definitely visit them - you won't be disappointed!

Be sure to ask for Frances. This wonderful woman helped us from the beginning until the end. She knew what she was talking about, and gave us great suggestions. She was extremely professional, and courteous. Every store should have an employee like Frances. She is a great asset to A.J. Rose, and she deserves to be commended in some way. I will definitely recommend A.J. Rose to anyone who is looking for any type of floor or carpet. Thank you Frances, for all your help and suggestions Joe P.

Hired them to do some pergo type flooring. Before hiring them I told them several times my floor…read morewasn't level and the only reason I wasn't doing it myself and was hiring them was because the floor needed to be leveled first. The said they could do it, and we agreed on a fee for leveling the floor. Great. But then they didn't level the floor. The installer said it wasn't necessary when I came home and he was 3/4 done with the floor. When I complained about the final result, they didn't offer to take up the flooring and level it to make it right. They did remove the charge for leveling the floor but otherwise charged us full price for the install. 6 years later and our floor has been awful ever since Day 1 and I still hate how bouncy it is in many spots and its now starting to pull apart. I already need to pay for a new floor when should have lasted 15 years or more. I will say everyone we spoke with was kind and never rude, even if they didn't offer to make it right.
