When I complained about the final result, they didn't offer to take up the flooring and level it to make it right. They did remove the charge for leveling the floor but otherwise charged us full price for the install. 6 years later and our floor has been awful ever since Day 1 and I still hate how bouncy it is in many spots and its now starting to pull apart. I already need to pay for a new floor when should have lasted 15 years or more. I will say everyone we spoke with was kind and never rude, even if they didn't offer to make it right.

Professional, excellent communcation, prompt and detailed estimates, flexible with pricing options, and straight up about costs. Erwin is always open to questions and kept us informed. Justifiably proud of the work they do. Pricing is fair and competitive, and the quality is outstanding. He wants his work to last. The prep work- it is all about the prep as anyone will tell you- was thorough, and nearly dust-free. Down to bare wood or solid old finish, sanded, primed, and two coats, well-applied. No one can do this level of work without hiring and retaining excellent people, and Erwin clearly has.
