It's clean and well lit. The prices are much more reasonable than some of the fancier locations. We have no complaints about access, it's a key-code to get in, and everything feels very secure. We were provided a small welcome package with a measuring tape, reusable bag and a pen. The facility itself is top of the line and new. Many units have lights inside and everything is air conditioned. Our unit has no light but it works perfectly for what we needed it for. The storage unit was burglarized (possibly an inside job) and they did not properly investigate the matter - despite assurance provided that proper camera surveillance is in place when I initially signed the rental contract. On top of this, after filing a police report upon their request, the company did not liaise properly with the insurance company and basically absolved themselves for taking any responsibility to find an appropriate settlement. Attempts to follow up with both Access Storage corporate office and the insurance company over months now have been beyond frustrating and fruitless.
