Last week we moved with the help of Busch Movers and what can I say -- they were great! This was our first big move ever (1-Bedroom into a 2-Bedroom) and all I knew was that I wanted to hired movers to make this stressful experience much less stressful. We did not get an official move date until just a week in advance which, surprise to me, was not enough notice for most moving companies. While I frantically e-mailed many different companies, Busch Movers was the only company who was available in such short notice, flexible, and e-mailed me back very quickly and was very polite and professional. The person on the other end was Mohammed, who answered my many, many, many questions and emails throughout the week right away, with full detail, and always mentioned how important it was that the customer be happy. The day of the move, Chris and Karl arrived 10 minutes early and surveyed the furniture and boxes and got to work right away. I have never seen two people work so quickly and efficiently in my life -- it was a pleasant surprise and I didn't feel a hint of stress the whole time. My boyfriend Michael offered a helping hand which they graciously accepted and they all worked together so well - laughing and chatting through it all. Not only were Chris and Karl great at what they did, but they also were fantastic company to have -- very friendly, funny, and personable. The move into the new apartment went just as flawlessly and they helped move furniture and boxes into the appropriate rooms just as quickly. In the end, they had moved us in just 4 hours total and the invoice/bill had NO hidden fees, just as Mohammed had assured me in an email earlier on. For the price, professionalism and great company I would HIGHLY recommend Busch Movers to anyone who is looking for a stress-free move with great customer service. Bosch Movers really took the edge off a truly awful day. What's that old saying? "Mourning & Moving are the two most stressful things you will ever do." So true, but Chris and Jeremy, the team who moved me, were wonderful. They worked super efficiently - as brothers, they may have a psychic shorthand. Regardless, both brothers were polite, patient and helpful. Also, they were very nice to my dog, who I suspect is having an even harder time with all this than I am. The loading took about 30mins less than anticipated. They had all the tools necessary for the job, which included removing a banister and the front door. In the end, everything was accounted for and nothing was broken. Their boss Mohammed was very easy to work with as well. He responded to my emails and calls quickly and explained all the terms of the contract so that I could easily understand it and budget time and expense. The cost of the move was really reasonable. I checked around and Bosch's rates are good, especially when you consider there was no extra charge for moving from Downtown Toronto to Barrie. I can't say enough good things about Bosch and especially Chris and Jeremy. I've already recommended them to a friend. Hire Bosch Movers. Don't try to move yourself. It just isn't worth it. A few of the many reasons why I gave busch movers 5 stars: 1. After shopping around extensively, I found Busch movers to have the most competitive bid. To be honest I couldn't believe their rates. If you're short on time and want a competitive bid skip the rest and just go with BUSCH. 2. The moving team was FAST and efficient. It took them 3.5 hours to load my 4 bedroom house. I was actually impressed at their speed and service. The movers were friendly and kept a positive attitude. Couldn't ask for more. 3. The point that really stuck with me was their service after I had paid my bills in full. Once you make the full payment most movers disappear, or stop returning your calls. But not these guys. I had a glass break during my move (small problem, nothing major). The owner himself came to my place to make sure it was repaired back to its original shape. Very impressed with his honesty and customer service. It's very rare to find this level of honesty in today's world. 4. No hidden fees or additional markups. They honored their estimates and there was no bait and switch. They made my stressful move very simple. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. My aunt in Toronto past away a few weeks ago and I needed someone to move a few items to my parent's place in Mississauga. I live in Edmonton. I goggled small movers and Busch Movers were one of the ones that came up. After searching this site and others for reviews I decided to call Busch. Mohammed was very helpful and accommodating to my situation. Their prices were reasonable, especially as my aunt had lived in a three story walk up. No extra charges. Norm and Val showed up early on the day of the move to meet me at the apartment. They were courteous and friendly and very careful with a few antique furniture pieces, wrapping them in blankets before moving them down the stairs to the truck. The fellas were efficient and had the job done quickly. I met them at my parent's place and they moved the items into the basement, being careful and respectful of my elderly parents. They had to rearrange things a couple of times for my dad to be happy, which they did with smiles and respect. Mohammed even called me during the move to ensure that all was going well. I called Busch Movers on a Monday and was hoping to have them available to move me in the same week. Today was move day (Wednesday). I scheduled a 10am move with 3 men and right at 10 o'clock they arrived all 3 with smiles, blankets, boxes and ready to roll up their sleeve and get at it. They moved all our heavy lifting contents (Fridge, Freezer, Washer, Dryer and book shelf units along with beds, dressers, desks and filing cabinets to just mention a few). This wasn't an easy move by any stretch simply due to the size and weight of the items. These guys just kept moving stuff from the house to the truck and then from truck to house again. All in short order all in great condition and all still with smiles on their faces!! I want to thank, Clive - Leader of the crew and the crew Ralph and Johnny you guys are awesome! Had these guys move house on over a weekend and they were great. They finished the move much faster than I thought possible. Their quote was reasonable and they were courteous throughout. They showed up a little late, but it was ok because they moved so fast. They moved large/oversized furniture with ease and speed. Movers put covers on everything that needed protection prior to moving. They did not need oversight or 'motivation' to work as I have read with other companies. We just walked through the house and pointed to stuff that needed to move and they moved it. If they ever needed clarification; they always had the foresight to ask about items way before they were gonna touch them. This prevents everybody standing around waiting for instructions at the same time. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody that needs a reasonably priced, reliable moving company. read more

This business deserves to grow - my experience from beginning to end was top-notch. They came in after a phone call to scope out the project and gave me a rate that was so good I was somewhat skeptical. I asked if there were any 'extra charges' like most companies seem to spring on you at the last minute and they said, they don't do that - even if something needs to be hauled up through a window to get it in the house, it's part of the deal. They showed up with complementary wardrobe boxes to use for the day, got everything moved quickly and efficiently and they had a great attitude for 3 guys lifting a lot of heavy stuff on a hot day! Our family had a excellent service from Busch Movers. This is the second time we arranged a move with the company. Mohamed is very helpful and loyal and Honest. His movers are excellent people and professional but also kind and punctual Even in this uncertain time of Covid crisis the movers were very careful and kept their physical distance and were able to do our move. We recommend this company to everyone and and the movers are very friendly and they have been working with Mohammed for many many years. I called Busch movers in a panic, less then 10 hours before our move because our other movers went completely non-responsive. We spoke to Mohammed who told us about how their services work and the fees associated. They work hourly, but were SUPER quick. In addition to moving out house in 1.5 hours (mind you, we were very organized and well packed), they also started by and picked up a second bed enroute. Their truck was very clean and they had tonnes of moving blankets to ensure nothing got scratched. They assembled the beds when they arrived and were very mindful of the floors and where they were wearing their shoes. I really am happy to have come across them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and quick mover. read more

I had a great experience with Busch movers this past Sunday. Mohammad was very reasonable, flexible and respectful on the phone when booking the date and time. The two movers arrived on time, we only had to show them stuff and they moved them to the truck systematically. I found them very professional, very fast, and protected every piece with blankets and secure them with tape. Once we arrived at the destination they put furnitures where they meant to be and assembled couple of pieces. No damages. I offered them lunch in between pick up and drop off and they said no they had to finish the job first and couldn't take time to eat. Great Work Ethics!! I called Busch just a few days before I had to make my move and Mohammed was extremely responsive and super helpful in arranging for the move. Their prices were extremely reasonable and flexible to the type of move involved. When moving day came, the movers were excellent at communicating with us and efficiently completed our move. Booked my son's move and Mohamed was so prompt to respond. Advised him of our budget and did the quote for us. His 2 guys came with the big truck on the exact time. Assessed and checked our stuff first before making any move (not just taking out stuff). They worked efficiently and was has everything with them - blankets, wardrobe cabinets, tools, straps, etc. They were very careful in handling our stuff. These guys were the best movers one could hope for. Had 4 guys move a full house between 9am and 1pm (short transit). I am late in my pregnancy and they were so kind, put each box and furniture piece in the room directed and even assembled the beds and dining table for me before they left. Super friendly, careful too. Highly recommend. Had lots of furniture pads too and tools to take apart the bed frame too big for the door way. Good price. I was a bit worried when the phone number appeared to be someone's private cell, but it all went smoothly! read more

These guys were awesome! We had a nice dining room table that my mother-in-law was giving us and needed it to be transported from Oakville to Toronto....not a long/hard move when we called the other companies - the costs were outrageous! We were about to give up and try and move it ourselves when we found Busch movers - these guys gave us a flat rate, they showed up on time and were very efficient. These guys are the worst! They took forever to move. The job could have been completed within 3 hours and the two movers took over 6 hrs to complete the move. We felt like one of the movers was probably high, he looked extremely weak. These guy ruined the new hardwood floor in my new apartment. I would never use these guys again or recommend them to anyone. Yes their are cheaper than the average moving company and an average moving company would probably take 3 hrs to move a one bedroom unit. Please do not use them!! read more

Just want to recommend these folks AGAIN so much! They first moved my daughter when she was only 18 and she completely liked, trusted and felt safe with the two gentlemen who moved her. The move went very efficiently, communication was terrific and their price was very good and affordable. This recent move was the fourth they have done for us and it was as good as the other three. These movers are wonderful! Every person who has moved us was really nice and very caring. The owner chooses people well. I can't recommend them more. Usually, moving stories are tales of horror, not with these guys. They have moved both my daughters numerous times and both girls felt very comfortable with the guys who did the moving.
