The staff are in uniform, looking professional and they are eager to serve. Very friendly and helpful and where I typically would've ordered something like an Italian sub or meatball sub as a good baseline to compare sandwich shops and delis, I had taken a peek at their Yelp review pictures, and I ordered their Cuban sandwich. The best Cuban I've ever had was in a shop in Florida many years ago and I had made a bigger and sloppier version of it myself at home (after many attempts to perfect it) so I've been looking for a Cuban sandwich to knock my socks off and based on the reviews here on Yelp, Lil Papi's was going to be the place to try it.
