This is the only medical office I've genuinely disliked in a long time--and we've had to switch a few due to insurance changes. Chris gave me a warm welcome, helped me get set up as a patient, and scheduled a series of appointments along with an initial exam. When I arrived for my first appointment, we discovered that my phone had blocked their calls, so I missed the message asking me to reschedule because of an unexpected therapist change. Rather than sending me away, Director Corey arranged for another location to see me so I would not lose momentum in my recovery. I appreciated that effort. My second appointment at the Oviedo location was with Bianca, who was thorough and highly professional in her assessment. My third appointment was with Nathan. He was direct, listened carefully to my concerns, and worked to address each issue head-on. I appreciated his professionalism and the progress I made with each visit. When I reached a milestone in my recovery, he recommended reducing my visits from twice a week to once a week. Each appointment was tailored to my progress, with clear explanations of why we were doing certain activities and what goals we hoped to achieve. I continued to see improvement as I practiced the recommended exercises to support my recovery. As I approached my "graduation" from the program, Nathan made sure I left with stretches and exercises to keep strengthening my legs, hips, and ankles and help prevent future issues. He also provided a resource for additional information and offered to answer any questions afterward. This level of customer service is rare today. Thank you for such a positive experience and for listening and tailoring a program to meet my specific needs, both now and in the future. Began my care at heart 2 heart in February, my son was born 07/13. This place was everything I had…read morehoped for when choosing a birthing center for my care. Robin (Licensed Midwife) is super sweet, soft spoken, always has a natural remedy for little symptoms throughout the time. The receptionist, Kat, is ON IT and also super sweet every time you arrive and is super helpful with anything insurance/money/ documentation - and she genuinely has your back with all of that stuff. I was blessed with a (relatively speaking) easy pregnancy but Robin answered 2/2 of my late night SOS calls that I had during that time frame. And when I called thinking labor was starting she was ready to get there and support me, no hesitation, despite it being a seemingly fast timeline (and thank goodness she trusted me and was ready, because I was 8-9cm by the time I got there). Overall, I wouldn't trade this experience for the world. Thank you, Robin & Kat! Love you, ladies!

I have seen Dr. Williams and Dr. Joshi at this Orlando Health location and have not been impressed…read moreor felt as though either one of them are competent. I went in for annual wellness visits in 2022 (Dr. Williams) and 2024 (Dr. Joshi) and both times was very disappointed in the lack of care and poor quality of care. Dr. Williams forgot to take my radial pulse as required for people my age. At the end of the brief exam, she also walked out of the exam room with me and went into the adjacent exam room or see another patient without washing her hands. During my 10 minute " new patient" visit with Dr. Joshi (a new patient visit is supposed to take longer so the doctor can get to know you), I asked if she could please code this as a wellness visit to make sure it would be covered by insurance. She became very irate and refused to answer my question. Orlando Health did try to charge me extra for the visit, however after a call of complaint to the billing department, they reversed the added charges. I will not return to this location and will try to avoid Orlando Health.

However, I wanted to leave my review for new patients such as myself or even those preparing for their first upcoming surgery. I did pay out of pocket and I won't lie and say that it was a hefty price!! Front desk staff will state they do NOT do payment plans if you are uninsured however Daisha (billing dept) was so incredibly sweet and made an arrangement with my finance, we split the cost in half so we paid a week pre op, and then I paid my remaining today! My arrival time was 7:00AM, I checked in by 6:40am, and was called back not long after checking in, I want to say maybe 20 mins max! My pre op nurse(s) were Trish and Leah, omg they both really eased my anxiety, and had such wonderful bedside manner, they made me feel as if I was chatting with family, they promptly got me prepared for surgery by administering my IV, giving me Tylenol beforehand, explaining what I needed to do such as a provide a urine sample, get undressed, check my vitals etc. Leah provided additional comfort by setting the lights down as the beds are laid out in a row outside of the operating room, but curtains are all around to give privacy! Dr. Steehler popped in not long after to go over my procedure, answer questions, as well as discussing medicine aftercare and providing overall reassurance Anesthesiologist Dr. Dobson, did the same as well, asking my medical history, elaborating on the type of medicines I'd be actively given while under and what they do he was kind but more direct simply a doctor who has been doing this for quite a while I could tell, so easy work for him but nice nonetheless! I don't recall seeing him after he came by pre op but I believe he was in the op room. My OR NURSE Shanta was very nice as well as she wheeled me into the operating room, I can't recall the name of the woman I just know she was the anesthesiologist nurse (Asian woman) OMG she was amazing she really made my experience so relaxing as she administered the anxiety medication pre op before I got wheeled in the op room, both she and Shanta were at either side of my bed next to my head. All I remember was Shanta providing oxygen, and the very pretty anesthesiologist nurse, complimenting my dumpling stuffed animal, and next thing I know we were talking about Labubu's which I collect and love as well, the irony of that was just great because she really helped me drift peacefully, and it just created a bond of trust being in her care! After that next thing I know I'm awake in the observation room post op. I cried softly to myself as I woke up I wasn't in excruciating pain or anything I think just the nerves of having my first surgery and successfully doing it, everyone was right it really felt like the best nap, as if I slept on a cloud. Nurses Marlynn, and Susan were also very sweet and gentle with me, they monitored me for 15 min until I was discharged. Sorry ladies as I was out of it and processing going through my surgery.. but I appreciate your reassurance, and care as I was monitored and Susan for coming in clutch the extra banana ice pop! If you reached up to this point, I hope I've reassured anyone who is nervous! The staff is excellent in care, and bedside manner. They made me feel safe, validated in my fears, and provided care ensuring I was comfortable and safe all throughout. The facility is well maintained and clean as well! Thank you university surgical center, should I ever need another surgery I hope to be treated here.

I came here for an X-ray because it's only about seven minutes from my workplace, making it a very…read moreconvenient location. The facility is clean, welcoming, and has plenty of parking. My X-ray technician was wonderful. She greeted me warmly, explained the procedure thoroughly, and asked me to change into a gown before getting started. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The procedure itself was quick, painless, and very efficient. Within a few days, my results had already been sent to my doctor's office.

Calier was extremely helpful and sweet in scheduling the appointment for my Mother-In-law. He went out of his way to call the Center and ask them if they can accommodate disabled persons. He made sure to check for handicapped parking and the suitable timings for her on the weekend. JASON- Radiology Tech is a phenomenal person with a compassion for elderly people with disabilities. He took such diligent care of my Mother-In-law that words would not suffice to describe it. He made her comfortable laying down for back X ray by putting pillows under her knees to alleviate her back pain. He helped her get in and out of the x-ray table and on to her wheelchair. He was so caring and sweet and kept inquiring if she was comfortable and at ease between every x-ray taken. He is a gem of a person who has care, love, and empathy for the elderly. He is a great asset for your organization. Tiara- the Front Desk person was genuinely nice and sweet to check her in and make her whole experience a warm and pleasant one.
