Torchy's is the Austin institution that went mainstream and is slowly spreading around the country. Grab your cup and a buzzer and take a seat; servers will bring out your food as it's ready. I was pretty impressed with the selection overall. The drink station alone is impressive--the typical soda machine options plus iced tea, horchata and even cold brew coffee! There's also a bar if you're inclined to something alcoholic. Tacos are a great size as well. Two is enough for a decent meal, but they don't pack the toppings on. Any taco you order (I would guess) can be picked up in its entirety.
