I went with my little sister on 3/14/22 to this tattoo shop because she really wanted to get a new tattoo. She called before going and they quoted her a price of $60 (they have a $60 minimum so they say) We arrived to the shop , the woman at the front was not at all friendly. That alone was enough for me to not patronize them. It was NOT a welcoming environment. I figured since I had to wait on my sister to get her tattoo I would get the other side of my nose pierced. Originally I was told the piercing was $40. Ok. Cool. Then It turned into $50 because I already had one side done and there's apparently a $10 fee for someone to do their job. (Line the new one up w the old one) Then after that instead of my total being $50 it was $55. Apparently since I paid with a card, which was never discussed. Before the piercing was done I asked if I could purchase a nose ring that would match the new piercing so that I could have the same jewelry on each side. Scotty was who pierced me and tattooed my sister. The nose ring gauge was a lot larger than the one I previously had. After about 2 days I noticed my old piercing was very sore and had started oozing and the nose ring was sinking into my nose. This never happened prior to this day. I eventually just took that ring out and replaced it with one of my rings. The new piercing was very sore which was unusual for me with piercings. It was oozing as well. Eventually this started sinking as well and becoming more painful. As of 3/18 I have removed the piercing as it was causing me pain not only in my nose but my jaw as well. Moving the nose ring around trying to keep it from sinking I could literally feel the pulling in my jaw/teeth. I was advised to go to urgent care to have it removed. On to my sisters tattoo. She asked for "Love Yours" in small font behind her ear. This was $100 for whatever reason but oh well she wante. The tattoo reads "LO 'some loopty curl e' and the same w yours" In terrible handwriting. Like literally misspelled words .. How ??? They have 1000 no refunds signs and paperwork saying they aren't responsible for anything basically after they provide the service. over all do not go here. read more

I went here with my sister and daughter. My sister and I got our noses pierced and rook piercings. My daughter got a second hole in her lobes. We had an absolutely amazing experience from the time we entered the front door. The staff was amazing, friendly, and welcoming. Customer service was awesome. Adam was our piercer. He was hilarious and professional. I will definitely be returning for more piercings and tattoos in the near future! read more

Good artists, some who think they're great. If you can get past the snarkiness and ego's you will probably get a pretty good tattoo. If you you pay up front and have a contract outlining the work to be done, take a pic of it. All the shops I've ever been to honor the contract written by the hired artist, but buyer beware. Please only pay for one piece at a time, or you might get burned. Never pay for a piece in advance, or you will be accused of being a moron who didn't understand the artist even though they wrote it on a contract and signed it. Trevor is a great artist, but doesn't honor his signed contracts, even if work is paid for in advance. read more

Do not go here. There are plenty of other options on the Highland Strip alone that will offer you better customer service. First, they made fun of my friend who wanted to bring a friend with her to get her helix pierced. They scoffed and said "She's a big girl." Overwhelmingly unfriendly staff. One of the beads fell off of my septum within hours of getting it, so I came in to get it fixed and they said they would charge me $25 for the bead alone. Luckily, I was able to find the bead again, but they still charged me a service fee to get it reattached (which frankly, since it was within 24 hours, I feel like they should have fixed it for free but whatever) It fell off again within hours and I called them, asking if perhaps I had gotten a faulty piece of jewelry (I was intentional about making sure they knew I wasn't trying to blame the piercer) While I was on the phone with them, they dropped me twice and told me that I must have been fidgeting with the piercing too much, which I told them I simply hadn't (because I hadn't). They asked me if I wanted to come in to get it fixed and to be polite, I said I would give them a call back if I decided I wanted to pay another service fee to get it fixed, because at that point, I had decided I was going to go elsewhere to get it fixed, but didn't feel the need to be rude and say that. They hung up on me. I went to No Regrets Tattoo on Madison where I went for my first nose piercing back in 2018 and they were so kind over the phone and helped me decide whether I needed a new bead or a new ring altogether. They inspected the jewelry I had gotten from Tattoo Spot and it didn't look faulty so apparently it had just been secured incorrectly. My bead from No Regrets has stayed on and I've been adjusting the septum and cleaning it with no issues. Everyone at No Regrets was so amicable and I told them I would be back again to get my septum changed to a ring. Tattoo Spot can ROT :) read more

Well I saw some tattoos done by Mr. Ryan on instagram which I saw he had done pretty good work. Needless to say when i got my tattoo last month it didn't turn out what it should have come out to be. Now I have to go to another tattoo parlor to get it fixed. I should have done more research on his work. The people are nice there but make sure the tattoo you're getting can be done the right way. Don't believe all what you see on social media. Maybe I caught him on the wrong day. Lesson learned for sure. read more

I went there to see what the prices were like and to get some ideas on my sleeve since they were really close to my house. All I have to say about this place is that they have horrible customer service and very rude people who kept looking at me like I was dumb. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here as they are turning people away to go to other shops left and right and who wants to have someone tattoo them whose being rude to you just because you want something different...I thought that's what the whole point of having tattoos is to look different or have fun doing it. read more

Wasn't feeling the vibe; tattoo looks fine but I probably won't return. Guy at the front was acting like he couldn't take me seriously that I was getting a tattoo I guess because I look young. I turn 27 tomorrow, he thought it was my first tattoo; it was my 7th. I literally went there since it was the only walk in tattoo shop close to where I was. I just got something small and quick as a bday gift to myself read more

This place is awesome! Great customer service and great skill. Made my trip to Memphis even better! My artist, I think his name was Dante, was still an apprentice but did an amazing job. Since I live in California, I asked around on Beale street and this place kept getting recommended by the locals. So glad I listened!!!! read more
