He is hilarious, easy going, and like a best friend you haven't seen in a long time and you just picked right back where you left off. However, the reason where she really shone was her people skills. It was my youngest's first tattoo and she was super nervous. Rayne took the time to talk with her, answered her questions and addressed her fear. During the tattoo she over-explained every move she made to ensure my daughter was comfortable. My eldest had been tattooed twice and Rayne exhibited the same level of care with her as she did with my youngest! In fact, Rayne was so comforting my wife decided to pull the trigger on her first tattoo, one she had been contemplating for a couple of years, that night! Yep, same level of care and concern with her. I was so impressed with Rayne and the operation of Sunshine in general that I went back a little over a month later and talked with her about a tattoo I've been contemplating for almost seven and a half years! It just so happened to be a style she loved and showed me some of her similar work. It didn't take long to convince me, given my previous experience with her and the facility so we booked it. My latest tattoo was fairly complex and it took a solid 4+ hours to complete it. Again, she took her time to over explain everything and was constantly checking with me to make sure I was okay.
