One of the things we really appreciated was that they provided tables and chairs which made planning so much easier. It's a great setup and the venue is very well maintained. Te'Niijah and A'tasia were an absolute dream to work with. They were professional friendly and always accessible whenever we had questions. They offered helpful recommendations and made us feel supported throughout the planning process. You can tell they genuinely care about making your event special and stress free. On the day of the shower everything went off without a hitch. We were able to enjoy ourselves and be present with our guests while knowing that everything behind the scenes was being handled. If you buy the walking tickets, you get to walk alongside the alpacas and feed them. I highly recommend paying extra for the walking! The staff is genuinely so friendly and so knowledgeable. Pro tip: the alpacas are more active in the morning because they're waiting for guests to feed them. By the afternoon they're pretty tuckered out from all the feeding. So if you're scared to feed them, the staff suggested booking afternoon tickets. Definitely a great and unique experience!

Banquet Manager Kyp Andreou was a pleasure to deal with and was very responsive to returning phone calls and e-mails. He helped me go over some pricing options, and when I made a final decision on our format and menu he was very agreeable. We went with an Oktoberfest themed event and settled on the International and Domestic Cheese Display, Butler Style passed appetizers of Quilted Franks with Spicy Mustard, Beef Sliders with Cheese, Pickle and Tomato, and Potato Pancakes with Sour Cream and Chives, plus their German Station - Carving Board. The carving station was excellent!! It included Roasted Loin of Pork, Grilled Bratwurst, Grilled Knockwurst, sliced Marble Rye Bread, plus Red Cabbage, Sauerkraut, German Potato Salad, and some great Honey Mustard and Ketchup Curry Sauce. The champagne for the toast was flat and warm, the dinner service was late and the meal ice cold as the staff looked lost. I would never book an event at the Knoll Country Club and frankly would not ever attend another event there.

There were 8 pieces per roll and when I finished, I was stuffed. The rolls were so plump and full of flavor, just amazing. Along with the 2 rolls, there was a nice serving of a salad that was made of seaweed and grab in a sesame oil, so delicious. This place is really awesome and a great venue to enjoy the outdoors, especially on a nice summer evening! I highly recommend the Waterview at The Bayview!
