Decided to use this service to save time. Had 2 trailers that needed titles and permanent registration. I was willing to pay for the convenience of not going to the DMV. Huge mistake. They inputted my address incorrectly. I was fortunate to receive my titles at all. I'm lucky I live in a small town with tiny post office. Was having issues with the DMV as always as well as it having at least a 2 hour wait so I called this place. I talked to Britney on the phone trying to explain my situation. Wasn't going as I liked so I asked if i could come down there and explain in person which she agreed would be more helpful. I sent my 17-year-old daughter to pick up her registration and tags and this place took $336.50 and sent her away with nothing stating that she needed to get the car's recall issue fixed before they will provide the tags and registration. When I arrived and demanded a refund since no goods or services were provided, they said there was nothing they could do because the information had already been sent to the DMV. The proper course would have been to advise the customer to get the car's recall issue fixed and then come back and pay for the registration. For the owner's edification, a deliberate act that is designed to secure an unfair or unlawful gain or cause another person to suffer a loss constitutes fraud. Taking money without providing the registration that was paid for and on the condition of some future event possibly occurring is fraud. Finally, taking advantage of a minor in this manner is beyond deplorable. read more

Went here to transfer registration to Calif. Gave me a price and refused to tell me what the breakdown of fees were. Rudely said once I pay the $370 dollars they would give me the information. Less then 45 minutes at the DMV saved me $225. read more

This is the place to go! No DMV hassles. Couldn't find our current registration for our boat, and couldn't get replacement stickers online. Went to "The Tag Stop" in Alpine and was in and out in twenty minutes! They have a minimal fee, but was so worth it. Brittany helped me right away, was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
