Man, I really wanted to like this store. I just had the worst experience there and the manager (curly hair with glasses) was literally the worst representation of that store imaginable. It's so sad when local store owners of small business have such bad attitudes, especially to another small business owners (me) who frequently try to support their shop and spend a lot of money there. WONDERFUL shop! I called to ask about a small flower arrangement for a friend who had lost a dear pet. The T Shop had a beautiful mini arrangement with a peony and freesia ready to go. It was perfect. The shop was gorgeous and perfectly curated. Definitely the place to go for a fun and classy gift. This shop is an absolute gem.If you're looking for a unique and thoughtful gift for yourself or a friend this is the place. After my friend got me a Lavender Sachet for Valentine's Day I had to check it out myself. I wanted to buy everything, from sachets, candles, soaps, kitchen accessories, to other unique souvenirs and gifts. They have local stuff as well and I love when someone supports local vendors. This place is super fun and super cute. Tell the staff what you are looking for and they can show you almost exactly what you should get. Or you can just browse. Who knew I needed a ballerina mouse? Let me start off by saying, I intentionally shop small, local businesses. I think it is super important to support them so I was excited to learn about The T Shop in East Dallas. After finding myself in the neighborhood I stopped in. They did have some cute things in there but it was pretty overpriced for what it was but the reason I am giving it one star is because of the customer service, or lack thereof. I was in there for 15-20 minutes looking at all of their gifts and I was THE ONLY person in the store, yet the cashier did not ask if I needed help, offer to keep the items in my hands behind the counter, or even say hello for that matter. I ended up setting the items I was going to purchase down and walked out. I'm all for shopping local but that is only if it is a place I'd visit again and sadly, The T Shop is not one of those places. read more

The T Shop has gorgeous flowers and also is a great shop for gifts as well. I love that the staff is not pushy but will help you and are great if you have any questions; but honestly that's one of the things I love about this place; it's so annoying to have people following you around while you look; they give you your space but the staff are always super courteous and helpful. We got frozen yogurt at Yumilicious across the street and they don't have any seating there. So we came here since they have a cute little bench outside even though they don't serve food. It is an understatement to say that I LOVE The T Shop. I feel like when they are on their buying trips....they have ME in mind! Funny cards, awesome candles, wine accessory gifts, fun seasonal items, awesome quick gifts for friends that they will wrap Beautifully! ...everything I love! Also, they have a "flower shop"! You can come in & ask for an arrangement on the spot (if you're being summoned into a parent/teacher conference at Long or Woodrow...) or pick from their already pre-made selection of beautiful indoor plants with cute accessories!
