There are several levels of classes offered each day. with classes beginning at 6am and ending at 8pm. The class descriptions I find quite accurate. I've been attending CP for over 5 years. I began when my rheumatoid arthritis got so bad I couldn't get down on the ground and back up again. My physical mobility and range of motion have improved drastically. I was able to return to work! the variety of different teachers who have different styles keeps things fresh for me. I do a cardio, a flow, a stretch and a control class each week. It's been life changing for me. Any move I can't do... there are modifications for and anytime I want more I can add on as well.

Club Pilates South Surrey and Club Pilates in general are not worth $271.95, as they have limited hours and classes. I would neither go back to Club Pilates, nor would I recommend it to anyone else as there are unlimited options at this price point.

She is trained to level 3 Pilates, which outclasses my humble Pilates Mat Level 1. Her studio has specialty equipment like the Pilates reformer and the Cadillac, along with the padded mats. There is nowhere to hide in a crowd, like some studios, so you are guaranteed to get the instruction (and results) that you came for. I had the privilege of one-to-one training as well as training with a local group of triathletes. While that workout caught my attention, I also noticed that my right hip (that I had injured in a motorcycle accident) stopped clicking and my lower back stiffness took a holiday. Note: Most of the parking is taken up by the Fitness World, so you are better off parking on the road near the White Spot.

It's easy to get into classes since it's drop in and they take up to 20 per class. They offer a lot of slot times for the classes so you can go early morning or evenings (which I need!). The studio is super clean! Positive energy. I just love it all! Honestly this is the best studio I've been to.
