This morning, I showed up to a 7:15 a.m. class to learn I'd accidentally registered for class the day before. Busy, working, single mom, mistakes happen. I was told, no problem, there is a spot in the class available - that will just be $37! When there is an empty space and I missed my class and I pay for a membership and already booked and paid for an extra class this week on top of my membership. I've taken over 500 classes with this studio and they'd rather let the class have an empty spot then let a loyal customer make up a class she's showed up to take. It just feels like a kick in the face every time I interact with reception. It's a great workout and two blocks from my house. But I just cannot continue to support a business that treats its customers so badly.

They did a great job, but they really couldn't compare to what Siabhan does for me... So I came crawling back and was welcomed with open arms! Not only is she extremely experienced and knowledgeable, but she always seems to be enthusiastic about holistic health. She has been more valuable than a physiotherapist, she can take a quick scan of my body and dive into her bag of tricks to accommodate whatever I need that day. What am I supposed to do, put my clothes on over my soaking wet yoga shorts and body and carry on with my day? What were they thinking here...I wonder? There are so many other nice hot yoga studios with proper facilities!

You enter into a small lobby/sitting area, then cut through the studio into the change area/cubby hole area. For my first visit, I came early to sign up, but there was no one around, and no signage or anything. I would've gotten changed and ready for practice, if there was access to the change area, instead, once class ends, you're in the same small area as everyone else from either the previous or next class. The studio is one of the smallest I have seen. They offer a variety of classes. (I personally thought that some of the workout classes shouldn't be done in a hot environment, but different strokes for different folks, I guess) Free street parking around the studio.
