I have worked with many other personal trainers and group classes over the years (ex: Kondi) and Alignmethod is hands down the best. It is an actual work-out vs the other prenatal, Pilates and yoga classes I have tried. I also was diagnosed with diastasis and prolapse after my first pregnancy. Alignmethod resolved the diastasis within months and resolved my prolapse to a non symptomatic state. I was fortunate to meet two of the owners, Mikey and Tak who were super friendly and oriented me to the circuit. She asked me what I already like to eat and I let them know that I have no time to prepare food. The plan was so easy to follow and included things like boiled eggs and an apple for breakfast, 15 almonds for a snack before lunch and the essential cheat meal I looked forward to once a week. The studio is calm, beautifully designed, and instantly makes you feel grounded. The class itself was the perfect mix of mindful movement and stillness, guided with warmth and clarity. The addition of aromatherapy took the experience to another level--each scent deepened the practice and left me feeling both relaxed and rejuvenated. What I also love is that We Well Studios takes a truly holistic approach to wellness. Beyond yoga, they offer reformer pilates, personal training, massage therapy, counseling, nutrition with a dietician, manual recovery therapies, compression therapy, physiotherapy, acupuncture, and strength training. It's amazing to have all these services under one roof, and you can tell the team really cares about helping people find balance in body and mind. This isn't just a studio--it's a wellness sanctuary. There were more than enough accessories such as foam rollers and workout bands, etc. as well. The staff are incredibly friendly and always greet you if you're in during their hours. There's always personal training available to you and my favorite part is that they're busy, but never ABSOLUTELY packed like other gyms have been. I've since walked into many, many Anytime Fitness locations and this one is by FAR the cleanest, best-run location I've ever seen. I would come back here in a heartbeat. I really can't complain about anything at this location! Even the clientele at this location is super respectful, which made my experience at the gym a lot more comfortable. The ONLY downfall is that it's a bit pricey, but this isn't exactly location-dependent; the entire chain charges $50~/month+.

I'm so disappointed to say that it's been over 2 months since Ryan agreed to send my refund, and he unfortunately is not communicating with me. The last time he communicated was January 6th. I have been emailing, texting and phoning Ryan, though he is electing not to communicate. I'm disappointed on his service as it's a reflection of his business practice and those who refer to him.
