I was in two car accidents in 2019 and my doctor wrote a me note for physiotherapy. I came right here and all I can say was that was the best decision I had ever made. Although that was the first ever experience I had ever had with physiotherapy, I was thoroughly impressed and happy. I had appointments with Adina and with Leah (who I think is currently on mat leave). They are both so amazing. They are very true to their treatments with their clients. Very knowledgeable and very through in the information they try to gain from you so they know how to help you with your concerns. From my experience, they're not the type of clinic that will give you a run for your money... they will be honest and try to do their best with what they feel on how many appointments you may need or the length of the appointments. They're also a small business which is even more of a reason to love supporting them.

I called to ask to reschedule the appointment as I had to walk to the clinic and did not want to get sick. I explained that I had had pneumonia several times before and did not want to be exposed to the elements, especially with COVID around. Also tried Jack Li for chiro treatments ($125.00 initial (45 min), $95.00/65.00 subsequent (30/15 min)). He used light ART techniques, minor adjustments and exercises to implement. I'd been resisting because doctors already just tell me to put it up and ice it until I feel better, so what could a physio POSSIBLY know that's different. Fool of a Took! Sean, in his pleasant, kind, and gentle manner, has given me exercises that are already strengthening and helping my weird knees after only one week. He is clear in his demonstrations and explains why each exercise will help, and even better he doesn't tell me to rest! They do not use the "janeapp" website for appointment booking, which would have saved me a lot of time and gave us patients a lot of convenience. They also do not have their service prices listed anywhere. I called them a couple of times but nobody ever answered. I even left a VM once and never got a call back. I also filled out their online forum to request an appointment hoping that someone would call me and I can ask for more info. I didn't even get a call back nor an email response. The website asks us to call them if we required more info... how can I get more information if they never even pick up the phone or return voicemails? This was a couple of weeks ago and I ended up going elsewhere. Also, just my own opinion here: almost all of the paramedical practitioners I go to have prices posted online. Darren came highly recommended by a fellow coworker. Darren and his assistant, Shireen, were truly amazing in getting my hands particularly (and rest of me) all healed up. Darren's touch is very gentle and yet so very effective! Both Darren & Shireen show their professionalism and compassion to all their patients. I really enjoyed going in for my treatments and interacting with both of them. My very favourite part was using the paraffin wax for my hands, so girly. That was just an added bonus to going to this particular clinic and getting Darren as my physiotherapist! I was so lucky and I absolutely recommend this man to anyone that needs a great physiotherapist.
