It's poor service and you'd be better off just finding their stuff for cheaper on Amazon.

The inventory changes constantly, so the store has more of a "treasure hunt" feeling rather than the predictable layout you get at traditional sporting goods stores. Fort Collins is the perfect place for a store like this since the whole town revolves around hiking, running, skiing, and outdoor life, and Sierra offers a great way to find quality gear without paying full retail.
