This is the souvenir shop to be at when in Estes Park. Prices were surprisingly cheap with good quality products. Overheard a lot of customers talking about how reasonable the prices were. We ended up purchasing Tees ($10), Long Sleeved Shirts ($10) and Sweats ($15) with nice designs. Just the thing, it is in fact a souvenir shop that also sells some equipment and clothing (functional and practical). Their inventory is a mid range selection of items, not the cheap plastic tchotchke items that are so common. They do carry Estes Park trail tags for collectors, or enthusiasts of specific trails. Probably the best feature, beyond the friendly service, is the website which seems to carry most everything in the store. If your trip to Colorado is coming to a close, but you need a unique souvenir, Brownfield's is a great spot to check out for just the right thing. Located on the main drag in Estes Park, Brownfield's has a variety of items that run the gamut from souvenir shirts to magnets to fun trinkets that look unlike anything else you will find while in Colorado. I went in looking for a small souvenir for a hard-to-shop-for person and after perusing a number of items, I left with a posable LED light. It looks like a praying mantis but the legs can be wrapped around and secured anywhere (like a twist-tie) to provide a little extra light wherever you may need it. Perfect for the gadget-oriented guy I was shopping for! It's worth stopping in while you're in town. Whatever it is you're looking for, I hope that you find it at Brownfield's! read more

By far the best store in Estes. We visited most of the shops in the area and this one was clean, well organized, and had attentive staff. The merchandise was not cheap souvenir quality, but was very high quality that was well priced. We strolled in here with the intention of buying some outdoor stuff for our roommate thinking that was something they only specialize in, but then I saw super cute clothes and ended up only buying stuff for myself, HAH. They have tons of extremely cute souvenirs and the price is surprisingly great for the quality they've got. I'm so used to seeing a price tag that's double (sometimes triple) with the shirts they have, and if it wasn't for the time constraint, I probably would have gone back several more times to see if anything else peaked my interest. This was the first souvenir shop that I passed in Estes Park so I walked right in to check out the selection. I was impressed how many different items they had and for a great price. A truly great price! I was able to buy t-shirts for my entire family of 5 and a mug for myself all under $65! I collect mugs whenever I travel and I can count on spending around $11-$14 for a nice mug. Here the mug was $6 and when I traveled up the street the same exact mug was $11. Brownfields had tons of long sleeve and short sleeve shirts, some sweatshirts to choose from too. The shirts were on sale, $10-$12 each! This was a great deal and there were so may different colors to choose from. I haven't washed or worn the shirts yet so I can't speak about the quality but for $10 I had to grab them. They had tons of items here for your hike too. I highly recommend this shop! read more

Great prices on winter items. They close for the winter starting Nov 10th so even though they were low on their stock they still had several great items left. I got both of these jackets for $25 each and the gloves for $10. I was thrilled with my purchases. I actually had to put a couple of items back because I didn't really need them. read more

Brownfields is hands down the best retail store in Estes Park Colorado. Their selection, designs, options and prices simply cannot be beat. What attracted us initially was their great window displays so many years ago and what keeps us coming back year after year is the people and value for what we purchase.
