From the moment I walked in, Kory welcomed me and gave me reassurance that I would eventually regain my mobility as long as I continued to push forward. She created a plan of action for my two sessions each week, and every 1-2 weeks we would introduce new exercises and reassess my progress. I really appreciated the progressive approach because I could actually see and feel myself getting stronger and gaining mobility back. One of my biggest goals was simply being able to put my socks on without assistance. I'm very happy to say that I can do that now, which is something I wasn't sure would be possible when I first started. One thing I would emphasize about this physical therapy facility is that it's not a place where you can expect the therapist to do all the work for you. **You have to put in the work yourself.** You will be challenged and asked to do things that are difficult, but you have to keep pushing and believe that you can get better. I like to live by the quote, **"Nothing works unless you do."** That mindset really applies here. I also want to give credit to the front desk staff. They are always welcoming, helpful with scheduling, understanding, and never judgmental. The overall atmosphere is great as well. Being surrounded by other people who are working hard toward improving themselves is motivating and makes you feel like you're part of a community that is focused on getting better. I would definitely recommend this physical therapy facility to anyone recovering from an injury or surgery and looking to improve their strength, mobility, and quality of life. You have to be willing to put in the effort, but if you do, the progress can be incredibly rewarding. I'm grateful for the help and encouragement I received throughout my recovery.

On my 3rd visit with Jason, I mentioned I had a nagging pain for about 10 years that I just tolerated on my right lower back due to a couple of car accidents. He worked on that area and when I walked out of his office my pain was gone. I said to my self, it will come back. Guess what, its been over a month now and I'm amazed, no pain, completely gone, including the tight muscle pain. I am now able to garden, bend, pick up and hold my grandchildren. I am so grateful and want to tell everyone of my experience. Jason is very knowledgeable, kind, caring and very respectable. I normally do not write reviews, but as much as I'm so pain free, I want everyone to know. If you are in pain, don't hesitate to contact him for an appointment.

Jason...get ready for it...has actually changed my life…read more Jason has succeeded in helping me understand, heal and manage a problem with my knee that I thought I was going to have to accept as a chronic and disheartening reality of life. In a nonintrusive manner, he spends time getting to know your issue. Then, he follows a plan that couples his own work (and seriously, this guy WORKS when he's with you) with achievable exercise I have been able to incorporate successfully into my own life. Jason is easy to talk to, and there's wisdom in his unpretentious approach. He doesn't mind you writhing around a little while he desensitizes a problem area. When a session is beginning or reaching its conclusion, depending on your need, he teaches you what is going on with your body. If you are anything like I was, I needed my mind to loosen up as much as I needed my body to calm down. Jason will quietly but assertively guide you through the setbacks that might be a part of your journey. "Didn't do your stretching? That's okay. What is your body telling you about that choice?" On a closing note, there's something pretty exceptional about Jason's character. This is a therapist who wants you to heal. He wants you to graduate from his table. I'm not fully there, but I schedule out further and further each time I go now. I look forward to every session and am proud of myself each time we plan the next.
