When I opened the togo container the box was generously stuffed with food. It was definitely more food than I could handle but I eagerly ate as much as I could. The employee/owner was very friendly and engaged me in conversation while processing my payment. Because of the ongoing conversation, I didn't immediately review my receipt. Later, when I checked the receipt, I discovered that I had been charged for an item that I did not order. The charge was significantly higher than what I expected to pay based on my actual purchase. What bothered me most was not the dollar amount itself, but the fact that the receipt did not match what I requested. Customers should never have to worry about being charged for items they didn't order, and I would strongly encourage anyone visiting to carefully review their receipt before leaving. I can't speak for everyone else's experience, but based on mine, I left feeling disappointed and hesitant to return. Transparency and accuracy are basic expectations when paying for a meal, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.
