What a great laundromat. From the automatic door when you walk in and walk out to sparkling bathrooms, the place was spotless. We got there around eight on a Sunday morning. The hostess Latonya was so sweet and accommodating. She answered all of our questions. It's got a small play area for kids. They have many size washers from 60 pounds all the way down to 20 pounds and many dryers from 75 pounds down to I believe 20 pounds. All are priced accordingly. They have a lot of folding tables and they are thunder proud. I'm very grateful we didn't need it, but they do have an indoor storm shelter. All of their carts were well-maintained and a lot of comfortable seating. I didn't see any other washers and dryers than speed queen. Those are definitely high-end and they were very nice. read more

I am so happy I found this place. I looked within a 30 minute radius of me went to several different laundromats and this by far is the best in a 30 minute radius of me. The other laundromats that I visited before this one were extremely small, dirty, and not very many big washing machines unlike this place. Staff is super nice, lots and lots of different size washers especially the 60lbs washer they have two rows dedicated to these large washers. For the price for a 60 pound wash is $7.25. This place is super affordable, clean and have a great little play area for your kids and tons of washers available. Definitely recommend this place for anyone needing to do laundry. read more

This is probably the best laundry mat I have been too. It's cheaper in the long run due to the larger washer and dryer sizes. And all I the units are in working order. Place is always clean too. read more

I'm shocked. The cleanest and best equipped public laundromat I've ever been in. All washers and dryers are clean and well maintained. I've traveled the country and frequently rely on laundromats; most are pretty sketchy and not well taken care of. We did Wash and fold service, $1.50/lb.. they provide hangers....we we're very pleased.

This is such a clean establishment. It is staffed by the nicest lady. The washer and dryers work perfect. There is lots of area to fold clothes. We are from out of town and come to Shawnee at least twice each year. We actually look forward to stopping here to clean our clothes. read more

Used their services during the National High School Rodeo Finals. Used the wash dry and fold service only. Great service and fast. Wash dry and fold was a little high on price but understandable during the event that was going on. Will use them again if we make it back next year. $3 for the smallest washer on light soil setting is too much. You have to pay more for medium and even more for heavy soil settings. The price should be half of that. Everything is very clean though, the staff is friendly, and the machines are in good working condition. It's a good laundromat by only three stars because of the price. read more

This is the nicest laundry mat I've ever been in. I felt total safe. The have flat screens everywhere. People working there supervising everything and keeping everything super clean. Wasn't cheap but people where offering extra time that they had on their dryers which I thought was nice. Comfortable chairs and other furnishing made the place very welcoming. read more

I went to this laundromat today, and would highly recommend it! Nice facility, very clean. Helpful and nice employees. Different TVs and games for kiddos, and a vending machine as well. Bathrooms were nice, and clean as well... and the washers and dryers were the best I've ever used. If you need to use a laundromat, I would recommend this one! read more

I went in for the first time July 8, 2014 and was in awe! A gentleman greeted me explaining the sizes of the washers. The largest ones being 60#s but I opted to use the 40# washers. Wash time was 26 minutes so I had some time to sit comfortably in one of the many chairs. I was the only one there early morning so I enjoyed the quiet, they do have several big screen tv's that were not yet turned on. There were also different sized dryers that I used and they dried my clothes before the time was up! There was plenty of rolling baskets and folding tables. There were also two very cool Thunder themed table and chairs that I hope customers use to eat and drink at instead of the nice cloth chairs. I hope this place stays nice and clean and they encourage pop and candy at the table and chairs. Thanks for a great experience at a laundry mat! ! read more

My family comes to this laundry-mat every week. It is the best laundry-mat we have found. Not only is the equipment in good shape and they have free wi-fi, the owners really go out of their way to help and they are very friendly. Their machines also takes credit cards so I don't have to go to an ATM to get money out and then get a pocket full of coins. I highly recommend this place. read more

Excited when it opened. New, clean, lots of washers and dryers. Sadly very expensive and always ended up paying $30-40 each week. No perks. Last straw was when the owner lady belittled me when I told her the soda machine jipped me. Yea lady, I just dropped $40 bucks on laundry here to try and get you for some pocket change...! Won't be going back. Period. New place across town on Kickapoo, they are kind and offer many incentives for wash & dry!!! read more

I wouldn't even give this place one star if I could help it. The machines are overpriced, you have to ask for a password to get on the wifi. None of that was a problem until today when I asked if the channel could be changed, he not only refused to change it even though we were the only one watching it but also said if we wanted to watch it then go to another tv, well if that were an option I would have done so but the chairs were all taken and we were not allowed to move our chairs. After I told my husband that I will not be coming back here, one of the other employees followed us around the whole time and not even sneaky either. She stood behind our chairs and listened to everything we said and everything we did. Extremely unprofessional. Not only will I never spend a dime here again, I will also warn anyone who will listen. read more

My washer broke and I chose this laundymat to wash our clothes. Exceptionally clean, fast wash and dry. One if the best things is the attendant who is there from 8am to 3pm weekdays. Friendly helpful and if you want to pay extra she will eadh dry and fold you laundry. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a place to wash their clothes. read more

The owner is SO rude and unprofessional. My laundromat experience is limited to my college days - about 15 years ago - but my dryer stopped working today and since Saturday is laundry day I had a mountain of dirty clothes that needed to be washed. The owner is really rude and unprofessional and if you can find an alternative place to do laundry, I would suggest you do so. No one deserves to be treated rudely, especially when you're spending money to support their establishment. I had the worst experience here. I've went here several times before today and would tell you it was a magnificent place! My sister in law and I went today to do our laundry and we spent nearly ninety dollars because of vacation and all of our blankets in the house including the dogs blanket. We wash and fold all of our laundry spending around 5-6 hours here. We notice our dogs blanket is missing. We ask the owner of they've seen it and he responds and says ITS IN THE DUMPSTER!! So he has thrown my personal belongings in the trash and continues to scream and slam his hands on a table at me and my pregnant sister in law (who doesn't even reach 5 foot tall) and my 3 year old cousin. I never once raised my voice at him and also asked him several times to handle the situation like a professional would and to stop screaming in front of the child. By the end of all the fuss the owner waved his hand in my face and screamed "Go on get out of here and don't ever come back!" I couldn't believe the way this man handled this situation and the fact he owns a business is shocking. I also was in shock with the fact that he had the nerve to throw my dogs blanket in the trash. I read other reviews on here (Yelp) and there was another lady who dealt with him screaming at her, as well as another lady on Facebook with same situation too. Many others have said the owners were rude. I'm livid with the way things were handled there and hope no one else has to deal with that poor old man who needs Jesus. read more
