The price wasn't clearly posted, the machine just kept taking lots of quarters. In my opinion, the man seemed unusually hostile toward me and my severely disabled son. We did a load of clothes there and it was an unpleasant experience for us, because the man started yelling about me taking photos in public areas. The lady (Elaina) who scheduled the appointment was friendly and responsive; I had left a voicemail during the weekend, and didn't expect a response until the following Monday, but she texted me the same day to answer my questions. Elaina said they would do a free consultation/estimate (which I ended up requesting). Initially, she had quoted a price range, based on the information I had provided, but after they measuring the house specs during the consultation, it ended up being a little cheaper than the quoted price. On the day of the cleaning, they finished the work within 70 minutes, despite saying that it would be closer to two hours. One of the dudes was named Tyler, who seemed like the veteran of the two. I missed the other guy's name but he seemed newer. But they were both friendly, and capable. I don't know if the prices are reasonable to be honest, because we've never done this before, but it seemed reasonable for the type of work involved. Attached is a screenshot of the confirmation that I received that my move out was scheduled for 4/26/22. Decided on a whim to check on my storage unit to start getting the small things out yesterday 4/21/22 and found out that my code did not work. Heard from management the next morning and was given the horrific news that my storage unit had been trashed out by whomever is employed at this facility because they "thought " I had abandoned my unit after just a few days of my last communication with them before this happened. I had my ENTIRE household belongings in that unit. Things I worked hard to get back after losing everything once already in a fire in 2017. To top it off, I was given a code to their locked dumpster to look for anything thrown away that wasn't of value to whoever decided to steal my stuff in the first place, and had to dumpster dive to retrieve my car title, a spare set of my car keys, a few family pictures, etc. NO ONE part of the management or staff offered to come help me. I was given pathetic apologies and told that they are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. YOU THREW MY WHOLE LIFE AWAY!!!! I recommend anyone housing their belongings at this horrendous establishment to get your things ASAP before this happens to you too. I owed no money, gave proper notice and these thieves took it upon themselves to do this to me!!!!!
