After two check in, about two months later. I received a phone call from the new owner. He said there is no sweater, almost like I had not really brought the sweater in. Then proceeded to tell me three times that I was an infrequent customer, and he had checked my record of use btw. Guessing that means not worth his time. when I asked for the cost of the sweater I was told I'd only be given 100 dollars towards the cleaning of more of my clothes. Customers beware. Oh and snag me on me once! I won't be returning to what, have more of my clothing be lost?!
