Neither could get to residential customers, so we called Teddy's. The owner could not work us in for a few days, but he told us what we needed to do to manage the mess until he could come. Wow! Sooooo appreciated! When he did arrive at our home, he replaced the pad, put the carpet back in, and cleaned not only the closet carpet, but cleaned our bedroom carpet as well.
