A total of $96 and then whenever I requested that they give me my money that they weren't supposed to take out of my account, they stated they could only do a credit unless i'm out of unit before the following month. I also stated that for a refund, it would take 6 to 8 weeks just for the check to be mailed out. They are rude. The area manager sucks and their thieves if I were to do what they did, I would go to jail, but since they're a corporation, they're good to go, nothing. Happens in this corrupt world, we live in today. And on top of everything they've been broken into, like 4 separate times in the last month. Someone removed the lock and placed their own back on it after taking over 50+ boxes in the unit and quite literally throwing all of the furniture back in ruining what was left. The manager of the 29th and post location showed no empathy. The "secure care" is a lie, the cameras weren't working at all, the display screen appeared to be from the actual 90's. - I had insurance on the unit but was only compensated $2000 for $15000-20000 worth of items and some things were not replaceable. Someone lives on property and they advertise they check the locks daily for stickers placed by the company, I had to discover this on my own and they did not care one bit. They were very ugly to me & I still am heart broken over how much I lost. Do not trust this place with storing things you value. Their idea of "resolving" it was offering one month free rent and moving me to another unit - where they installed new cameras the same day I discovered the robbery. Take my word for it and find another place to store your belongings. They never followed up or cared about this issue.

I was told that I needed to make the first 5 payments and after that it could be paid off with no penalty. Ok, great. They said they prefer you set up autopay. I'm on the road a lot and autopay works great for me as well. I get notification from my credit union that they took out their payment. Ok perfect. Less than a week later they took out another one. I paused but chalked it up to an honest mistake. Less than a week later I get a message from the girl in their office saying if I don't make my payment that they're gonna send someone to pick up my container. Flustered, I called them. I explained the situation to the guy that had answered the phone. He said he would have someone call me back but sounded very Skeptical as if he didn't believe me. No worries, I waited for them to call me but instead I get a message from the driver assigned to pick up MY container. I call him back and explain the mistake. He also seemed skeptical but told me either way he'd be back for the container unless his employer told him otherwise. I called a number he gave me to call. A woman answered and said she had to have payment because my account was delinquent or they had to pick up my container. I asked her how many times per month I was required to make the almost $300 payment. She said if I had paid it she would t be calling me for payment. I pulled up exactly what dates they had taken payments from my account. At that time she immediately changed direction, apologized for the mistake and said I was good for 2 months. I asked for an exact payoff but she couldn't tell me. Said she'd call me back with it. Less than a week later we are back in the collection loop. Driver is coming to pick up my container, I'm delinquent and need to pay. I asked again for payoff amount. The lady called me back and said over $6000. I explained that was way more than I'd paid for the entire container. She said with fees and all it would be over 6k. I said I don't think so ma'am. I hung up and made a payment just to be sure. But the calls still persist and the threats of repossession. Made another payment and still the threats keep coming. The owner left me a voicemail and accused me of attempting to steal his container. He said I need to get my stuff out of it and out of the way so they can come pick it up. How many times do I have to pay for it? i Finally told him he was signing up for a rocky road and hard lessons if this was his business model. All of a sudden the threats stopped but the hyperbolic billing keeps coming regardless of how much I pay. I keep waiting for the goons to jump out of the bushes and attempt to assault me but they haven't as of yet. Stay tuned for the ending please. I'll let everyone know how it ends. Thanks.
