I am very low maintenance yet I am very finicky about my hair. I don't want to have to spend hours working on it, but I want it to look good. I explained all this to Nicole up front and even expressed my fear of getting a bad cut because I have had so many before. Not only did Nicole actually LISTEN to everything I had to say and take it to heart, based on what I told her I was looking for (low maintenance but looks great) she was able to give me the best haircut I have had since my last favorite stylist left (who, coincidentally was also an employee of Embrace). Nicole took her time, explained what she was doing, asked me what I thought about this and that throughout the cut and kept me as involved in the process as she was. Not once did I feel like I was in anything but capable hands and at the end I was completely in love with my hair cut. She styled it beautifully and explained to me what she was doing so I could do it myself at home. I love Nicole! Nicole works at Embrace, so I love Embrace! Another bonus are the products they use. Euphora is a wonderful organic line that makes my hair feel so soft and healthy and it smells wonderful.
