Ulta is a regular stop on my Saturday morning errands. They normally have everything I need and the staff (mostly management level) is very helpful. My one wish is that they would stock Belif. This review is mostly for the Benefit Brow services. Chelsey is an expert practitioner...an artist. Book an appointment in advanced b/c she is busy. I come to the store again and again because of Chelsey. In a day when our public facial expressions are limited to our eyes , better make sure the brows are in tip top shape. read more

Do not use the salon at ultra unless you want your hair to look like a 5 year old cut it with safety scissors. I have never complained about a haircut until today but I cannot believe how badly the salon butchered my hair. Go anywhere else if you want a quality haircut! read more

Horrible experience getting my brows done there about a month ago. Literally the first thing I told the Lady was that I was growing out my inner eyebrows because someone had previously threaded it off (on one side). I told her to not touch it or even touch my "good" eyebrow" and that I just wanted a cleanup on both. She asked me if I wanted to pluck some hairs in between my brows and I said yes and pointed to the 2 hairs I was okay with her plucking. Well she finishes and they look ok at the salon but once I get home I noticed that she ended up threading the inner part of my "good" eyebrow. How incompetent can one be? I literally told her someone had ruined my other brow and to not wax any of my inner eyebrow down and she freaking did just that. I will not be going back and suggest you guys to book elsewhere. She seemed really nervous doing ny brows and unsure the whole time but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and she RUINED my eyebrows!! read more
