Also, when I went back in to have the owner fix it she ripped my skin off. Literally. They gave me money to buy makeup to cover it up and fill in my brows. Also, they refunded my money after I went in to complain. Regardless I would never go back. As I share my story with friends I hear more and more negative experiences from others. I am very low maintenance yet I am very finicky about my hair. I don't want to have to spend hours working on it, but I want it to look good. I explained all this to Nicole up front and even expressed my fear of getting a bad cut because I have had so many before. Not only did Nicole actually LISTEN to everything I had to say and take it to heart, based on what I told her I was looking for (low maintenance but looks great) she was able to give me the best haircut I have had since my last favorite stylist left (who, coincidentally was also an employee of Embrace). Nicole took her time, explained what she was doing, asked me what I thought about this and that throughout the cut and kept me as involved in the process as she was. Not once did I feel like I was in anything but capable hands and at the end I was completely in love with my hair cut. She styled it beautifully and explained to me what she was doing so I could do it myself at home. I love Nicole! Nicole works at Embrace, so I love Embrace! Another bonus are the products they use. Euphora is a wonderful organic line that makes my hair feel so soft and healthy and it smells wonderful. I've always been asked if that looks good or go shorter. She did not talk to my daughter at all. She didn't ask any questions or engage in any conversation.
