Not only did Katie get me in right away, but she also is a hair goddess. The amount of knowledge, confidence, and actual skill she possess, shows, big time. I needed a color correction, and wanted to cut quite a bit of length off, let me say the end result had me cheesin' from cheek to cheek. My daughter asked for a trim to get rid of her dead ends. Diana didn't clarify how much to take off and did not take nearly enough off. Trim to one person is different to another - please clarify in the future so you don't have disappointed customers. She also didn't follow up to ensure it was enough. I've always been asked if that looks good or go shorter. She did not talk to my daughter at all. She didn't ask any questions or engage in any conversation. My daughter is young, pretty and fun and would have been a long time customer if the experience was different. She got in the car in tears after her haircut that she was so looking forward to!
