My daughter asked for a trim to get rid of her dead ends. Diana didn't clarify how much to take off and did not take nearly enough off. Trim to one person is different to another - please clarify in the future so you don't have disappointed customers. She also didn't follow up to ensure it was enough. I've always been asked if that looks good or go shorter. She did not talk to my daughter at all. She didn't ask any questions or engage in any conversation. My daughter is young, pretty and fun and would have been a long time customer if the experience was different. She got in the car in tears after her haircut that she was so looking forward to!

I came to Nicole over a year ago looking to find someone who understood my hair type and who would be able to cut it in a way that would enhance it's natural waves and curls with little to no effort on my part. I am very low maintenance yet I am very finicky about my hair. I don't want to have to spend hours working on it, but I want it to look good. I explained all this to Nicole up front and even expressed my fear of getting a bad cut because I have had so many before. Not only did Nicole actually LISTEN to everything I had to say and take it to heart, based on what I told her I was looking for (low maintenance but looks great) she was able to give me the best haircut I have had since my last favorite stylist left (who, coincidentally was also an employee of Embrace). Nicole took her time, explained what she was doing, asked me what I thought about this and that throughout the cut and kept me as involved in the process as she was. Not once did I feel like I was in anything but capable hands and at the end I was completely in love with my hair cut. She styled it beautifully and explained to me what she was doing so I could do it myself at home. I love Nicole! Nicole works at Embrace, so I love Embrace! Another bonus are the products they use. Euphora is a wonderful organic line that makes my hair feel so soft and healthy and it smells wonderful. Everytime I come home from getting my hair done my boyfriend asks me if I am wearing new perfume because I smell so good. Embrace is definitely one of my favorites!

This was good advice, as it blended well and went a long way to disguise and downplay my increasing gray growth. So, I asked for the same treatment for this salon visit. I consider this hair therapy, and what fun! She's both a good listener and a conversationalist. Loved my visit yesterday and I am thrilled with the results. I haven't had my hair done in a long time and was really looking forward to having a big change for the spring. I asked for the red hair picture and received what you see below. I had to have her tone it a neutral brown just so I could leave and not be embarrassed at work till I can find someone to fix this. Needless to say all she did was bleach is then thrown a copper looking toner over my whole head, then another red toner and finally the brown to neutralize it. Now I'm going to have to spend so much money to fix this. The owner refunded me but honestly it's going to cost double to undo this mess and it's just so sad.
