I Came in for my appointment and I had 3 different nail techs on my nails in the span of an hour to 2 hours and after I had my plain polish on, I was sitting there for an hour, nobody helped me even thought I had an appointment and this girl next to me was getting her design on her nails when I came in an hour prior to her. That day I left with a plain coat of nail polish and NO DESIGN! Because I was late for an event that I needed to attend! I paid for something I didn't want and I wasted half of my day there. Terrible service, nail techs need practice and have terrible customer satisfaction, and the place is dirty nothing looks cleaned in months and the tools look crusty. Never come here to get your nails done. I tried coming here a couple times and this was my last straw I'm never coming here again. I go to Appleton to get my nails done. They have good prices and and AMAZING nail techs with good customer service.
