Made an appointment for 3 repairs and ombré gel. Tech fixed one nail well. Paid and included the usual 20% tip. 2 of the cracks reappeared that evening. Called to see when they can finish my repairs. Tech this morning was rude. I asked if she was ok. She mocked me and said it is my responsibility to tell the tech which nails need to be repaired. I showed her. She repaired the 2 nails and then charged me for it. NO tips given. I received no professional courtesy or effort on her part to provide a minimum of reasonable customer service. read more

I read the reviews after I was gifted a trip to the salon. After 4 weeks I need a fill and the tech didn't answer me when I asked how long to wait but to keep it real, no hang nails, no bleeding, polish is still on as they did it the first time and i recommend this place. Beware. They will cut your skin if they disagree with anything you say or do. This happened to me twice: once when another customer and I started a conversation and another time when I was laughing with another employee. I observed it happen to another customer who indicated she received a manicure gift certificate but did not plan on coming back. She then said ouch and stated her skin was cut into. Had a pedi and that night took a bath with calgon. When I got out most of my polish was off. I was shocked. I got this done for Christmas. I took a photo and called the nail place to be told to come in monday and they would gladly take care of me. A little annoyed I went in on Monday. It was snowing pretty good and I really did not want to spend my time there again but it looked awful. I told them what I was there for and I was made to feel almost as if I was trying to get away with a free service. I showed them my photos and my appointment time in the book. They told me to hv a seat and they would be with me with they had time. One person ask what I took a bath with to mk them do that! Bubble bath calgon. The fact is they did not do a top coat or maybe didn't let it dry properly but when I had the pedi done the lady told me they were dry and I could go. About 20 minutes later a lady came in and ask for a pedicure and they took her in right away. She had no appointment. I was hurt and upset and really felt like I was overlooked. I asked why she went ahead of me. Was told she was a paying customer. So was I. I paid full price with a large tip but because of their negligence it went bad and I had to leave work early and go there again to get told I had to wait behind paying customers. In fact the boss told me after they took the lady ahead of me and seen I was upset, "why don't I go shop come back later". I left almost in tears. I am so upset. I purchased gift certificates for Christmas from them, I am not sure I will even use ever by giving them out. I wont go back. All I wanted was for them to make it right, nothing more. No extra gel, nothing more and I left feeling like a low class citizen tbh but no more. I will never go back. read more

Made an appointment for 5:15. Didn't get started until 6:15, a lady that walked into the store without an appointment got started before I did. All I got was a sorry. Nails didn't turn out great. If I could give less than one star I would. I recently went to LA nails and got my nails done by Tina, they turned out so bad that I actually decided to never get acrylics at La nails again. I decided to go to Angel Nails Salon in meijer because I've heard nothing but good things. I went there and guess who is working there? Tina. So I sit down with higher hopes and an easier design. not only did she make me bleed on multiple fingers, not file them correctly, paint them COMPLETELY wrong, but also left multiple hairs in my nails. When I told them that I was not satisfied they offered to repaint them, but I did not have time As it already took her way longer than normal to do my nails. They continue to tell me that it was my fault and that next time I need to spend the extra $10 and get gel nails because it "easier" For them. And on top of it all did not give me ANY sort of discount. Very disappointed in this place, will never be back, and will make sure to tell my friends to go somewhere else! read more
