Nicole's instructions are precise and easy to follow, and by the end of class, your entire body will have received an excellent workout. If you take a couple of classes per week, you will see and feel dramatic changes in your body. And this all happens in a supportive environment - welcoming, non-competitive, and encouraging. I had Barre Flow with Susan and she was full of energy but it wasn't the ol in-your-face kind which I loved. The class was more intense than I thought but I'm grateful for it because it made me realize there are areas where my own workouts are lacking in. Don't let that scare you off though!
