I moved away from the "studio" I have used for the last 10 or so years, and needed to find a new one. It's hard now to measure any studio against you have had such a long and great relationship with. The studio has a variety of tables & machines (not my brand, but ...) and other techniques (or programs) - TRX. After an hour of putting me through my paces, assessing my skills & fitness, to see where I would fit into group classes, I feel pretty good about Gina & the studio. It's not my first home, but I think I'll grow to fit in. Gina has a great personality for a trainer; personable, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. I decided after my experience to sign up for the group classes, the first two between or calendars, all future are via the Internet, conveniently from home. I highly recommend if your are curious able Pilates or looking for a studio, you give Gina a try.

Cynthia took care, early on, to make sure that I never overextended myself and used proper form to avoid injury. So often I would fall back into my old habits. You know, head forward, shoulders hunched, etc. With gentle coaching I was able to correct my posture during exercises to gain the full benefit of my efforts. On departing Sequim, I continued to practice. It's really changed my life, and I've continued to book a session with Cynthia whenever I return.

I coordinated a spa day for my sister-in-law's bridal shower, and was looking for a local spa that…read morecould provide a a few healing experiences in a relaxing, clean environment. We'd heard great things about Flow Motion's Himalayan salt and amethyst caves and were excited to check them out. I researched several options in the area and decided on Flow Motion because of their unique space and offerings. I chose their spa pass from 1-4 pm on a Saturday for a group of eight. This allowed us to freely wander their two beautiful caves, infrared sauna, zero gravity massage chair lounge, library/relaxation area with aromatherapy and tea, and parlor for three hours. We added on an hour-long group sound healing from 4-5. This entire afternoon was absolutely incredible. The group had such a good time exploring the healing spaces, and the sound healing was amazing. We left feeling revitalized, nourished, and deeply relaxed. I slept great that night, too! Beyond the wonderful spa day itself, the owner Alyssa and Client Concierge Abby went above and beyond to make this bridal shower experience incredibly special, tailored to our group's needs, and excellent from beginning to end. I really appreciated the attention to detail, care, and intentionality their team put into making all aspects of our spa day lovely and stress-free. Don't let the outside of this historic building fool you! Once inside, you're transported to a peaceful, healing oasis, filled with a variety of "zen'ed out" spaces and thoughtful touches. The parlor is also a beautiful place for a meal. Alyssa and Abby helped me find just the right food options for our group (beautiful charcuterie trays, salads, and a couple desserts!). The group sound healing was also incredible! Everyone felt so comfortable and relaxed - several fell asleep and woke up totally refreshed! I would definitely recommend that add-on. They have super comfortable full body massage chairs that you can fall asleep in (even my dad enjoyed them and he's not a huge spa person). My partner and I also ended up doing one of the private sound bath experiences and it was incredible. Our therapist made it feel very relaxing and it is one of the most unique experiences I've had- they lay you on an instrument bed and you get to feel all the vibrations. The best barre class around - bar none!…read more Nicole's barre classes are truly in a class of their own. Classes are physically challenging while at the same time being accessible to all. Nicole's instructions are precise and easy to follow, and by the end of class, your entire body will have received an excellent workout. If you take a couple of classes per week, you will see and feel dramatic changes in your body. And this all happens in a supportive environment - welcoming, non-competitive, and encouraging. Beyond being kind, the owner takes great care to make sure people avoid injury or alters exercises individually for those that are injured. I have never gone to a better exercise facility in terms of personal attention and kindness.
