I would've liked more information on the personalized items, but overall left feeling like my scalp was exfoliated. I enjoyed the 1 minute shoulder massage as well. At the end Janae detangled my hair with leave in conditioner and offered a microfiber drying cap. *Note about the cap that it does leave fibers in your hair.* It was a nice experience so don't let the outside of the building fool you.
