The place was clean and well organized and my instructor asked many questions to get a feel of my condition. I was surprised to be subjected to so many reps and sets to different exercises on the first visit. The next few days I was hurting and not happy with that fact. My hope was to learn what exercises I needed and the proper way to execute them rather than over doing it on my first visit. Decided to forget about traveling to a PT location and come up with my own exercise plan and perform them at my own pace in the comfort of my home which I've done since that first visit and it's working out well. I learn more using Google and watching YouTube videos and no traveling anywhere and no co-pays to Medicare! Maybe going to PT will work out for you but I wasn't for me. Your mileage may vary!

I will say that the Dr I spoke to was very nice, however the first time in offered me a cupping for my back and stretch for $150 and shoe insoles for $500 with $100 coupon making it $400. Be weary of places that don't take insurance. They do not take insurance and try to sell you a plan. The adjustment I got was not very good but I admit I am generally a very tight person. However most chiropractors notice how tight I am and take their time to loosen me up before they adjust to limit the pain. If you have insurance go through a provider. Seemed like they wanted me in and out. Reminded me of a chain that worries more about upselling than the care of the patient.

The place is alway clean and very well keep. Everything was disinfected and wiped down after each person. There is a lot of equipment I guess for whatever you may need therapy on or for. All areas are well spaced I didn't feel cramped or crowded. And Now for the care: I felt heard and understood when I explained my pain issues. They explained what the source of the pain and treatment began that day. I was told I would feel pain and relief. I did feel pain as I was worked on but I did have an improvement of movement. They took my insurance information at the 1st visit so that they could determine my coverages for continued care. 1) Even though I had a Groupon, I received notification that they billed my insurance for the visit. 2) I spoke to 2 different billing people and dropped off a referral from my Primary Care Physician. Both times, once via phone message and, upon in person follow-up, I was told they would contact me once they had the information from my insurance company. It's been about a month and I still haven't heard from them, unntil today when I received a letter letting me know how important it is for me to continue my care and insinuating that I made the decision to stop treatment.
