They also left 350 lbs. of items behind that should have been packed and shipped. Our cleaning lady came went berserk that they had left a 6' window open!! This is Montana! Do you know how many wild animals we have living in our mountains?? Anyway... long story short: DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I would recommend them to others for sure. They spent a good amount of time moving and charge hourly, but it did not feel like they were dragging it out at all, and very importantly treated my household goods with respect as they would their own. Their teamwork was on point. At no point did I feel like my belongings were jeopardized by bad communication or anything like that. I took a picture of the inside of their truck, which was very neat and organized, and that says a lot about their work ethic and care in their work. They had entered email incorrectly in the beginning and continued to send copy to incorrect email. A lot of stress I didn't need and two months later after telling him I was going to file a complaint I finally got one. I even requested a snail mail and never got that either. I called three times and text twice with no answer and no one cared to call me and say anything. This is horrible business practice and extremely unprofessional.
