It looked as if it was brand new. The whole storage business itself was nice and clean, it was fully fenced, no garbage, kept in very good condition. We talked to the manager during our unloading of stuff and he was super friendly and told us to have a nice day when done. I thought it was refreshing to hear someone so friendly at a storage unit place that I thought I would write a review!

Don't do business with these awful people. Dude what part of we don't smoke don't you understand? They won't take care of your things or do the right thing if something like this happens. They will turn around and blame it on you. We locked the car at the airport (as they instructed) and the only people who had a key was us and this business to come pick it up. It's been nearly 3 weeks and I still haven't received my deposit back. When I advised Becky that I was being denied service that I payed for and would be disputing through my CC company she sent me back a text advising she's just an 'office clerk'. Looks like BBB and CC disputes are my only recourse.

What we didn't know is it wouldn't be safe from hundreds of disease carrying rodents. Mice infested our unit and all of our belongings. What was not thrown away had to be bleached, scrubbed and disinfected. And to top it off we never received our deposit back after being told it would be sent and I've even left a couple messages. So if your belongings are something that you want to keep, which I would assume is the case for renting a storage unit, I would look elsewhere.

I called them the next day (3-20-2021) and told them that I no longer needed the space. The manager said it was ok, that she would go down the waiting list. I asked if she would just put what I paid back on my credit card and she said no, it's nonrefundable. Keep in mind, I called the day after I reserved the rv storage space AND they had a waiting list for people wanting that rv storage space. I asked her "So you're going to keep the $85 I paid and rent the same spot, for the same month that I paid for, to a person on the waiting list for another $85?" Her response was "I thought you understood it was nonrefundable." She had clearly stated that the $10 setup fee was nonrefundable but not the $75 monthly fee. I think this very clearly shows you the type of people you'll be dealing with if you rent from this storage facility. I was completely astounded that they would keep my money after one day, my rv never in the space, and especially when they had a waiting list for this rv space? I find this incredibly greedy and very bad business practice!!! I would strongly recommend using a different storage facility!
