I through HUB as Let's get moving would not answer my calls or call back, I ask if they can send a message to Let's get moving to see if they can deliver on 12/18 or 12/19. I was told they would call me to schedule the delivery. I did not receive a phone call, when I called HUB the automated gave me a delivery date of 12/22 between 3pm-5pm. I had a doctors appt in the morning so I thought the time was good. On the morning of 12/22 I decide to call HUB just to verify the delivery time and the time had changed to 10am - 12 noon, again with no phone call or text even. Cancelled my appointment waited for the delivery, they did not show up until 12:30 and they did not even have my entire order. They show up with just the box spring because they could not find the mattress in their warehouse, I told the delivery person that I would not accept just the box spring. He asked if I could sign the paperwork and I said I would not. I called this company a total of 10 times @ the following numbers given to me by HUB group: 406-490-5521, 406-409-2101 & 406-565-2555. You would think they would return 1 of my calls. The worst service ever.

They spent a good amount of time moving and charge hourly, but it did not feel like they were dragging it out at all, and very importantly treated my household goods with respect as they would their own. I took a picture of the inside of their truck, which was very neat and organized, and that says a lot about their work ethic and care in their work.
